Who We Are
Our Health, a regional non-profit organization, sustains and improves the health and wellbeing of our community by bringing together, supporting, and expanding capabilities of our partners in the delivery of health and human services, to address unmet needs, and provide ease of access to services.
What We Do
We developed a centralized location for 16 non-profit and public service agencies. We partner with 97 community agencies to encourage strong collaboration, resource sharing, and community involvement.
