Who We Are
A privately owned project of The Shenandoah Fellowship Foundation who receives public subsidy through project-based Section 8 through HUD. We provide affordable housing for low income seniors who are able to live independently.
What We Do
We are a 7-story 80-unit apartment building for independently living low income senior citizens in downtown Winchester.
