Community Care and Learning Center

Shenandoah County's only non-profit, licensed childcare center. CCLC strives to provide accessible, affordable childcare services so parents can secure maintain employment knowing their children are well cared for in a rich learning environment.

Provide affordable and subsidized full day, full year preschool and childcare for children 6 weeks- 5 years of age. We work with a number of community partners and state agencies to ensure quality programming and subsidized care. Nearly 90% of children enrolled are eligible for full or nearly full scholarships to attend.
